Wayne Knipe, Branch Manager

Wayne Knipe started his career in lending in 1976 working with commercial properties.  He holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Economics and Finance.  He moved to residential mortgage lending in 1992 and has worked his way up from Loan Officer to Vice President of various mortgage companies over the years.  He opened his own branch of Overland Mortgage in January of 2009. Wayne has co-authored and written two books and is a member of Rotary Prosper, the Masonic Lodge 435 and the Brotherhood of St. Andrew.  His favorite part of working in the mortgage industry is being able to satisfy a customer's needs and help them with what is usually the largest investment of their lives, a new home.  Please contact Wayne today to discuss any questions you may have regarding your mortgage needs.
