Apply Now for a Loan Kevin Johnson received his Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University, and joined the industry and Overland Mortgage in June 1997.  He has extensive experience as a Loan Officer, Branch Manager and Branch Partner.  Kevin is a member of the Del Rio board of Realtors, Del Rio Chamber of Commerce, Collin County Association of Realtors and the Frisco Chamber of Commerce. He enjoys working with numbers and finding multiple options to let the borrower choose what will work best for their budget, and sharing in the excitement a client experiences when they close on their home.  Kevin enjoys cycling, racing mountain bikes (which is turning into triathlons), coaching his kids and fishing. He and his wife, Norma, have two boys and one dog. As a seasoned Mortgage Banking professional he is capable of structuring loans to best suit his customer's needs, while maintaining prompt and quality service.  Kevin also believes that customer service is essential in the preparation and execution of the loan process.  Experience and job knowledge, as well as personal attention to detail, are the components that ensure customer satisfaction.
